Earthborn Design is a Brooklyn-based boutique plant care company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of indoor plants for residential and commercial spaces. We combine thoughtful design with expert care to create vibrant, healthy indoor environments across NYC.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated part-time marketing intern to help grow our brand presence. As a small business, our owner currently manages all marketing efforts — and we’re excited to find someone ready to take the reins! This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain real-world marketing experience, develop a portfolio, and make a visible impact in a growing company.

What You’ll Do:

• Help plan and create content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

• Assist in designing marketing materials such as flyers, emails, and proposals

• Draft and post blogs, newsletters, and other client communications

• Contribute ideas for brand campaigns, partnerships, and promotions

• Analyze social media and email engagement data and suggest improvements

• Support website updates and SEO initiatives

• Research market trends and opportunities in the interior design and plant care industries

What We’re Looking For:

• Working toward a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual design

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Mailchimp, and basic design tools

• Organized, self-starter, able to manage tasks independently

• Interest in plants, design, sustainability, or small business growth is a plus!
